For the ordinary evenings

The school-night dinners. The fridge-needs-clearing dinners. The “let’s just make something good” dinners. The Weekly Table is a place for all of them: 66 free recipes plus sauce roundups, dinner ideas, kitchen guides and a fresh five-night plan every Monday.

What you can count on

  • Short ingredient lists built from normal grocery-store ingredients.
  • Honest timings. Prep, cook and total time, including chilling and rising.
  • The temperatures that matter. Doneness targets from USDA guidance, not guesswork.
  • No pop-ups between you and the recipe. Everything on the site is free to read.

How we write recipes

Our recipes are written by our editors from standard, well-established ratios and methods. New recipes carry a short note until we have cooked them in our own kitchen, and we update timings when we do. Read our recipe standards for the details.

Where the photos come from

Photographs are licensed from talented photographers on Unsplash and credited under every image. They show the style of each dish and may differ from our exact recipe. See the full list on the photo credits page.
