Your recipe box and tools
Saved recipes, meal plans, grocery-list ticks and pantry choices are stored only in this browser’s local storage. They are not sent to us and do not create an account. Clear your browser’s site data to remove them.

When you subscribe, your email address is associated with this publication. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to leave. Messages sent to estorealm@gmail.com are handled by the platform team.
Purchases
Gumroad handles checkout, payments and digital delivery under its own privacy terms. This site never sees your card details.
