Fresh Strawberry Lemonade
Blended fresh strawberries stirred into homemade lemonade. Bright pink, not too sweet and easy to scale for a party.

Blending the strawberries with sugar and water makes a quick strawberry syrup, so there is no stovetop step. Strain it for a clear, smooth drink, or leave the pulp in for a more rustic lemonade.

Method
Rinse the strawberries under running water, then hull them.
Blend the strawberries, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup of the water until completely smooth.
Pour through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing on the pulp (or skip straining).
Stir in the lemon juice and remaining 3 cups water. Taste and add more sugar if needed. Serve over ice.
