Mulled cider is the easiest way to make a fall gathering feel special. Keep it warm in a slow cooker and let everyone help themselves.

Choose pasteurized cider

In the US, "apple cider" usually means unfiltered apple juice. Choose pasteurized cider, especially when serving children, older adults or anyone pregnant.
