Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake

You do not need protein powder to make a filling shake. Milk and Greek yogurt supply most of the protein, peanut butter adds richness, and oats make it satisfying enough for breakfast.

For more protein, use soy milk or add a scoop of your usual protein powder with a splash more milk.

Method

  1. Blend the milk and oats for 20 seconds to break down the oats.

  2. Add the banana, yogurt, peanut butter, honey and cinnamon and blend until smooth.

  3. Add ice for a colder, thicker shake and blend again.
