7 Smoothies That Actually Taste Good
Strawberry banana, mango pineapple, mixed berry oat, chocolate peanut butter, a green smoothie that does not taste green, blueberry lemon and peach vanilla.

Frozen fruit makes the best smoothies: it chills and thickens the drink without watering it down, so there is no need for ice. Each recipe makes 2 small or 1 large smoothie.
Blend the liquid and any leafy greens first, then add the frozen fruit. You will get a smoother result with less stopping and stirring.
Strawberry banana
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
Blend until smooth.

- 1 cup orange juice or coconut water
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
Blend until thick and bright.

Mixed berry and oat
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed berries
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon honey
Blend the milk and oats first for 20 seconds, then add the berries and honey.

Chocolate peanut butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Blend until creamy. Contains peanuts.

- 1 cup milk or coconut water
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Blend the liquid and spinach first until completely smooth, then add the fruit. Pineapple and banana hide the spinach.

Blueberry lemon
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
Blend until smooth and purple.

Peach vanilla
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peaches
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Blend until silky.
