This is where the leftover half-can of pumpkin from pumpkin spice bread goes. Frozen banana makes it creamy and cold without ice.

Save the rest of the can

Spoon leftover pumpkin puree into an ice cube tray and freeze. Each cube is about 2 tablespoons, ready for smoothies, oatmeal or pancakes.

Method

  1. Add everything except the graham crackers to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and thick, about 45 seconds.

  3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
